As a member of our customer service team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and use your problem-solving and research skills to audit and process software orders. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer base including order processing, delivery schedule, invoicing, and post-delivery support
Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer
Create and follow up on customer quotes as needed
Update and maintain customer account information databases
Be available to answer questions from customers or other departments
Participate on project teams as assigned
Requirements
1+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail including experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use resources to research issues and handle complex customer inquiries
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Outlook
High School Diploma
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $19.10 - $33.00.
