Responsibilities
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing brand strategy and ensuring implementation of the Go-to-Market plan. The successful candidate will be proficient in successfully implementing plans which include advertising, promotions, collateral generation, SEM/SEO and social media. In collaboration with the Marketing Team will drive for results of the assigned technology or market brand.
Responsibilities
- Manages the graphic design workflow via the Graphic Designer
- Support with the production of print material for all Captive locations
- Support in the implementation of print material for all Franchise locations
- Support the Franchise and Independent agent division graphic design on marketing supplies and customer requests
- Support the graphic needs of internal clients including but not limited to: Underwriting, Claims, IT, HR, Sales and all special projects
- Maintain brand standards and uphold brand integrity
- Collateral Production management
- Manages the Taylor collateral & premium ordering procession for timely delivery, usage analysis & brand consistency
- Manages the relationship with Taylor to assure effectiveness & cost competitiveness
- Accesses the need
- Manages relationship with TV, Radio and Billboard vendors
- Assess collateral usage to determine quality, quantity & evolution of field marketing manager support needed
- Responsible for the development of quarterly monthly promotional concepts & collateral support
- Works with vendors or partner companies to develop co marketing opportunities
- Assess signage (ie. Nammers, Feathers, In Store POS material, posters, etc..) usage to determining quality, quantity & evolution of support needed
- Co develops district specific Taylor & sales promo budget caps with D.M.’s
- Responsible for coordination of Captain Prontisimo execution according to brand standards via district contacts
- Maintains standard manual updated
- Supports the management of the brand (Agency level and all promotional materials)
- Co develop quarterly to annual event calendar to assure all areas of support are in place 2-3 months in advance via district contact
- Responsible for maintaining Marketing KPI on Balance Scorecard
- Manage marketing budget
- Coordinate Payments to field vendors
- Coordinate resources, etc…
- Supports Sales Team
- Maintain event request form
- Update event recap & metric forms
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years planning and implementing marketing business plans and programs or equivalent experience in sales or distribution role
- Bachelor’s degree. Business preferred, and/or equivalent experience in a sales or distribution environment
- Strong sense of teamwork, organizational and communication skills
- Can work with little or no supervision
- Can do attitude
- Quick learner, can perform under pressure
- Bilingual
- Travel required – 20%.
