Responsibilities
- Focuses on new business growth through acquisition of target prospect accounts in a geographic region
- Responsible for relationship building within all applicable departments where we sell our offerings, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy
- Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities
- Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan
- Works with Business Development to respond to RFP/RFQs
- Works with Marketing to develop necessary collateral to promote offerings, conducts in-person meetings and presentations as necessary
- Works with Operations to maintain communication, quality and other deliverables in accordance with customer SLAs (service level agreements)
- Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error-free work
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, experience with Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo a plus
Education, Experience, Certifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management, experience selling to facilities or marketing teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts and build deep relationships within an organization
- Proven track record of daily prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
