We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a sound understanding of online marketing strategies, and is skilled in using various digital channels to drive results. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns to achieve our company's goals.
Position is open to Forest, VA surrounding area or Remote, US. This position pays between $40-55K USD, depending on experience.
What your impact will be:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- SEO: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and site traffic.
- Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and video.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a steady presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content, and engaging with the community to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance review.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Examine website user experience and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, such as A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Industry Study: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
