Your impact (grow it!):

As the Customer Success Manager at Optiwatt, you will be directly responsible for managing all user interactions through multiple platforms. Optiwatt is already the largest telematics-based managed charging platform on the continent, your internal role is crucial in making sure our users are getting what they need in a timely manner. Internal tasks include but are not limited to Freshdesk tickets, social media, reviews, engagement management, and quality assurance.

Your primary directives at Optiwatt will be as follows:

  • Process and respond to Freshdesk tickets in a timely manner
  • Recognize, prioritize, and categorize issues that are presented either as user error vs. software bug.
  • Respond to and monitor reviews on all platforms including but not limited to apple, google play, and reddit
  • Creative and interactive engagement with followers on all social media platforms: Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Understanding and organizing necessary engagement strategies via email or push notifications to users.


You are someone who is….

  • Excited to work on any of the following; electric vehicles, smart thermostats, the electric grid, technology, climate change reduction
  • Proven thorough work experience in customer service
  • Comfortable with online cloud-based customer support software,such as Freshdesk, providing help desk support with all smart automations to get things done faster
  • Excellent in demonstrating technical, negotiation, and communication skills under difficult circumstances
  • Organized in prioritization, communication, and time management
  • A natural communicator, able to process user complaints, establish rapport, and appreciate feedback
  • Educated, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in sociology, communication, or a related field

The salary range for this job is $90,000 to $130,000, plus equity compensation dependent on experience.
