Relay acquires businesses directly from founders and transitions the day-to-day business management to one of Relay’s Portfolio CEOs. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. As a SaaS-focused Marketing Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the strategy, planning, and execution of content for our portfolio products. This position offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, allowing you to shape and refine our marketing direction while ensuring we hit our goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Paid Media Expertise: Own, manage, and optimize our paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review Sites, etc.
- Number Obsessed: Measure, report, and analyze data (as needed) from Google Ads, Google Analytics, FB Ads, and other tools.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Support SEO optimization initiatives in partnership with the product and content teams.
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new features and product initiatives as requested.
- Increasing lead generation and driving continuous improvements across the marketing funnel.
- Work alongside the Marketing Director to define strategy and any other marketing initiatives for the business.
- Represent the Relay team and maintain a positive, empathetic tone with customers.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in self-service B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience growing a B2B SaaS brand across sectors such as eCommerce, Edtech, travel, marketplaces, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple paid marketing channels – Google & Facebook Ads primarily.
- Experience with a range of B2B SaaS Marketing channels - Mainly Paid & SEO.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS Marketing funnel metrics and strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
- Experience with Intercom, customer.io, or similar campaign management tools.
- Experience working in North American, The UK, and European markets.
- The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
