We are seeking an experienced and results-driven recruiter to join our team as a freelancer. As a company that values its people and thrives on innovation, we are looking for a skilled recruiter who can identify top talent and contribute to building a diverse and high-performing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating successful hires. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR, extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a proven track record of attracting exceptional candidates.
Available contract types: Freelancer/ Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruitment and management teams to understand their talent needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct initial resume screening and shortlist candidates based on their skills and qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates' cultural fit and technical expertise.
- Utilize the ATS to manage the entire recruitment process efficiently and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer candidate assessments and skill tests as required for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive and appealing compensation packages.
Requirements:- Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter.
- Extensive knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top-tier candidates for various roles.
- Strong understanding of candidate assessment and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on a freelance basis.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Desired:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a remote work environment or tech industry.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
