The Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Marketing Director and is responsible for designing marketing collateral in accordance with brand standards. The designer will work on a variety of digital and print design projects targeted at internal (employee) and external (customers/prospects and partners) clients. This person will develop concepts and graphics for a range of projects including websites/microsites, digital campaigns, event signage, videos, internal communications, presentations, and other marketing collateral. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and willing to work in a collaborative team setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Design graphic content, illustrations and infographics for website, digital and print campaigns
- Collaborate with content team to develop concepts aligned with marketing strategy and editorial calendar
- Generate fresh concepts
- Ensure brand consistency through all projects
- Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from conception to completion
- Work directly with the other members of the marketing team, executives and other key Intradiem stakeholders and teams
- Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
- 2-4 years of design experience
- BA in Graphic Design, Interactive Design or related fields preferred
- Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends, exceptional attention to detail
- Creative problem solver and effective storyteller who can clearly tell a story via digital and print design
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS tool a definite plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
