Greysteel, a rapidly growing real estate investment services firm with offices across the United States, is presently seeking a dynamic, Graphic Designer who will work closely with the current team of designers on projects from conception through execution, developing high quality, creative, and professional marketing and communication materials for Greysteel. This includes, but is not limited to, the management and production of promotional materials for investment offerings, brochures, newsletters, presentation templates, and other corporate and client marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color, etc., evolving when necessary.
• Work with Marketing Director to manage design team schedules and workloads.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce the company brand standards.
• Develop and execute original concepts for brand expanding initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, and brand collateral.
• Interpreting internal clients’ design requirements and developing solutions to meet their needs.
• Present designs in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently, balanced with strong team collaboration skills.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, web design, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in graphic design field; experience in web design a plus.
• Experience in commercial real estate and/or fast-growing startup a plus.
• Proficiency with Mac OS: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); PowerPoint and Word Experience a plus.
• Acquainted with the latest design trends and practices.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of and accountability for projects/tasks and work both individually and as a part of a team.
• Ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks.
• Ability to identify and recommend modifications to existing policies/procedures to improve performance/efficiencies.
• Independent thinker who will be proactive, assertive, and professional in dealing with internal/external clients, lenders, and third-parties.
• Strong problem solving skills.
