Greysteel, a renowned commercial real estate brokerage, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and public relations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, leading our public relations efforts, producing podcast content, and managing award submissions to enhance our brand recognition in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy to increase brand awareness and support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct public relations efforts, including writing press releases, managing media inquiries, and maintaining relationships with industry journalists.
  • Produce and manage podcast content, including topic selection, guest outreach, and coordination with production teams.
  • Lead award submissions for industry recognitions, ensuring high-quality entries and adherence to submission guidelines.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics for covers, profiles, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, etc.) of all social media accounts.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including the development of relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Social Media Manager with a track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience in public relations, podcast content creation, and award submission management.
  • Exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers, industry influencers, and journalists.
  • Good understanding of the principles of SEO and experience in creating content that is optimized for search engines.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the performance of our social media and PR campaigns.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
