Designer (Digital Agency)

Remote Position

You will help in the development of concepts and creative assets for Neon Flux and multiple brands across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, and packaging. You are passionate about designing beautiful and thoughtful visual design solutions that unify the journey from end-to-end customer experience. You will be part of a team of Branding, Performance, and Marketing experts and work with leading professionals that are pioneering strategies and technology to build and evolve a variety of brands across industries. You have the ability to stay active in participation, communication, and collaboration in a remote or office environment. We’re ambitious, and you must be too.

Responsibilities

  • Paid ad design
  • Social media design
  • Presale/Landing page design
  • Email design
  • Website design UI/UX
  • Packaging design
  • Logo design
  • Photo retouching and compositing
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look

Requirements

  • Strong visual design and typography skills
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong communication and collaboration
  • Time-management
  • Outstanding conceptual and problem-solving
  • Analytical and creative thinker
  • Flexibility
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Able to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of Social Media channels, Email, Web Content best practices
  • Knowledge of Presale and Landing page design (product funnel journey) A PLUS
  • Proficiency inFigma
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • 3+ yrs. as a mid-level designer
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • A strong understanding of digital platforms
  • A portfolio demonstrating your skills
