Key Responsibilities:

• User Research:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to understand the goals and requirements of AI features.

• Information Architecture:

• Define and create intuitive information architectures and user flows for AI SaaS applications.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

• User Interface Design:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure consistent design elements and user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• User Testing and Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on user insights.
• Continuously refine and improve user interfaces based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Design Guidelines and Documentation:

• Create and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and design systems for consistent and cohesive user experiences.
• Document design decisions and rationale for internal reference and collaboration.
• Marketing Collateral: Design marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, and digital assets that effectively convey the value of our AI SaaS software.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure that UX designs align with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including mobile app, AI or data-driven projects, marketing materials.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI and data visualization concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback.
