Panther is seeking a Contract Recruiter to assist our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with hiring. This is a six-month contract role with the potential for full-time employment. In this position, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and hiring top talent for Panther. The primary focus will be hiring for GTM roles. This position will also support recruiting operations and collaborate with our HR Operations team.

The Responsibilities

  • Connect with diverse talent through the execution of strategic sourcing methods.
  • Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience to identify top talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to manage effective recruiting processes and hire incredible talent.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in optimizing recruiting processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

The Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, must have experience working in an early-stage startup.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting diverse top-tier talent.
  • Basic knowledge of our tech stack - be able to identify talent that can work well with our GTM teams.
  • Proficient in working with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines, track applications, and generate reports.
  • Strong data management skills, including the ability to analyze recruitment data and generate reports for insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Experience building a strong pipeline

Hourly compensation range: $35-$50 per hour, depending on experience.
