The Recruiter is responsible for contracting a high volume of independent contract interpreters to maintain efficient response times in alignment with customer volume.
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
Screen and contract independent interpreters in order to fill call volumes in the call center
Directly communicate with interpreters through the contract process and as needed there after
Ensure call center is provided with a constant sufficient number of interpreters
Other duties as may be reasonably requested
Education, Experience + Skills
Strong customer service skills
Recruitment experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven skills utilizing computer systems including Microsoft Suite
Adapts quickly in constantly changing environments
