Clutch is looking for a UX Designer for a contracted position with a client of ours.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business and their needs.
- Create user journeys, scenarios, personas, etc.
- Plan and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
- Develop information architecture deliverables (site maps, taxonomies, flow diagrams).
- Engage in high-level sketching and concepting.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Sketch or Figma.
- Guide the use and management of design systems.
- Provide advice on accessibility and usability best practices.
- Collaborate closely with other team members (copy, design, development, etc.).
- Four-year degree and 6+ years of UX professional experience.
- Familiarity with atomic design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Continuous drive for skill improvement and expansion.
- Collaborative problem-solving and independent execution abilities.
- Strong time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Agency and pharmaceutical/healthcare industry background.
- Impressive portfolio with high-quality UX deliverables using Sketch and Figma.
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methods.
- Detail-oriented critical thinker with open-mindedness.
- Capability to sell ideas and diplomatically discuss alternative approaches.
