Job Summary

The Giving Block is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial fundraising consultant to launch and lead our new consulting services business. In this role, you will build deep relationships with leading nonprofits and deliver fundraising strategies that help them generate more revenue from crypto, stock, DAF grant and digital cash donations.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Launch and lead The Giving Block’s new consulting business
  • Own end-to-end client consulting relationships from pitch to execution of successful consulting engagements
  • Conduct client discovery sessions and develop detailed and succinct SOWs and proposals
  • Create customized strategic fundraising recommendations for your portfolio of NPO clients
  • Adapt strategies real-time to guide nonprofits toward fundraising success
  • Maintain excellent client relationship management with high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with fellow strategists to create innovative fundraising strategies
  • Consistent monitoring and evaluation of client needs & performance
  • Scale service delivery through creating reusable systems and automating processes

Qualifications

  • 5-7 Years of fundraising experience at a nonprofit consultancy with a track record of positive results managing a portfolio of nonprofit clients
  • Diverse prior experience in executing fundraising consulting engagements across Corporate Sponsorships, Major Gift Campaigns, Capital Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, P2P and Board Management.
  • Ability to develop compelling proposals and pitches and succinctly scope and maximize value from SOWs

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Experience with project management systems such as Monday.com and working successfully with project managers
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and NFTs preferred but not required
