The Global Operations team at Feedonomics

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have THE best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. As part of our Global Operations team is the Advertising team, which is a client-centric team supporting a fully managed solution that streamlines feed optimization, product listing, and data synchronization for hundreds of paid search, social media, and affiliate channels. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Onboarding Manager, Integrations is responsible for training, coaching, empowering team members, and promoting our Feedonomics culture. In addition, you will be guiding questions and concerns regarding the Feedonomics platform and enabling retailers' and agencies advertisements on Marketing Channels. This role requires you to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.

The Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team to foster continuous performance improvement. 
  • Proactively prevent and address client escalations and complete root-cause analysis
  • Utilize KPIs, capacity reports, and dashboards to ensure the team is hitting goals and appropriately staffed to meet current and future workload
  • Partner with Operations Managers and team members to deliver and meet Integrations SLAs
  • Extract learning opportunities from root cause analysis to improve the quality of service
  • Suggest new improvements to technology that will directly enhance user and client experience
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and provide sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide cross-training opportunities
  • Review monthly Continuous Improvement reports and provide feedback to team members
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings with other leaders for process updates and review

The Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in Operations 
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills in roles of increased responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and improving processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build, motivate, and develop solid technical teams 
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines
  • Accountability, ability to own responsibilities and produce desired outcomes
  • Can work autonomously but still remain in sync with the larger team and client goal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related work experience
