Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development and product management teams to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.

Role Requirements:

• Design Development:
• Create and improve user interfaces for our digital products.
• Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
• User Experience:
• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaboration:
• Work with front-end developers to implement attractive designs.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders.
• Research:
• Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends.
• Conduct ongoing user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance designs continuously.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s standards and overall objectives.
• Help maintain brand consistency throughout all our digital platforms.

Learning Outcomes:

Experience in identifying strategic partnership opportunities and fostering relationships

Understanding of how to work with other departments, particularly sales and marketing, to align business development goals

Duration and Work Hours:

This is a 10-week internship with a work schedule of 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Interns are expected to be online and available from 9:00 am to 11:00 am EST for the morning briefing. We encourage you to manage your time efficiently to meet project deadlines and attend team meetings.

Location:

This is a fully remote position. Interns can work from anywhere as long as they have reliable internet access and can commit to working during the set hours in Eastern Standard Time. We utilize a variety of digital tools for communication and project management. We believe in flexibility and understand that a remote work environment can be beneficial for our team members.
