CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Field Sales Trainer to support the training and development of our Business Development Representatives. The Field Sales Trainer will work closely with the Training & Development Manager to push through sales training strategies to the reps in the field. They will ensure the Field Sales team has adequate opportunity to enhance their sales skills with the coaching provided by the Field Sales Trainer.

  • This role requires heavy travel. As the Field Sales Trainer, you will conduct coaching ride-alongs with the sales reps in their territories across the US. *

What you will do:

  • Assist in the execution of the CP Skin Health’s T&D Plan
  • Pull-thru learnings from in-office training into the field
  • Complete coaching ride-alongs with Field Sales Reps
  • Provide Learning Gap Assessments
  • Support the Field Sales with any Learning & Development needs
  • Lead the Field Sales Advisor team to create consistency and unity between the regions
  • Act as liaison between the field and the office
  • Facilitate training for National Sales Meetings
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual webinar training sessions for sales teams

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of previous work in Field Sales
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales
  • Previous experience as sales lead or trainer
  • Results-driven mentality, ability to influence, and strong self-direction/initiative
  • Strong ability to connect with people
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time, both short and long distances; this is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with computer technology (ie, Zoom, Google Suite, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Understanding on how to book travel, respecting guidelines and budget
  • Must have a valid driver's license and no travel limitations
  • Must live in relative proximity to an International airport
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds when necessary

Preferred qualifications:

  • Business or education background
  • Experience working in skincare
  • Licensed Esthetician
  • Knowledge of the PCA Skin and EltaMD brands
  • Proficiency in C4C or similar CRM

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
