Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional ERP and CRM Consultant to work in our Managed Services Dynamics practice.

Key Activities And Responsibilities Include The Following:

Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.

Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s financial processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

Demonstrates experience in use of Microsoft Dynamics in a support/AMS environment.

Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.

Is responsible for fixes and enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.

Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing and supporting vertical applications and localizations

Successful Individuals Will Be Self-starters With The Following Attributes:

  • A minimum of 6 years consulting experience in business applications with focus on working in a Managed Services/AMS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Analyze and understand business problems.
    • Model data and processes.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
    • Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
  • Expert level understanding of ERP Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM capabilities.
  • Familiar with and experienced in:
    • Core application functionality
    • Implementation Methodology
    • Application technology stack
    • Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server.
    • Manufacturing Industry Knowledge
  • Successful completion of applicable product certification exams.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with Dynamics Workflow.
  • ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality.
