The Role holder company is responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating potential business opportunities, creating a robust pipeline of qualified leads. By leveraging market analysis, social media outreach, and networking, this role contributes significantly to the company's growth, ensuring a steady influx of clients, candidates, and partnerships for the sales and recruitment teams. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Assessing the viability of leads, ensuring they align with the company's target market and possess potential for successful conversion.
  • Market Research and Targeting: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, candidates, and partnerships within the staffing industry.
  • Lead Generation Techniques: Utilizing various lead generation techniques, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and attending industry events to expand the company's network.
  • Performance Analytics: Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, optimizing approaches based on performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and fostering relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Recruitment Teams: Working closely with the sales and recruitment teams to provide them with qualified leads, facilitating seamless transitions from lead generation to conversion.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in any related field.
  • Enthusiastic in doing research, hunt down new ways to do things, and enjoy spending time solving problems. ·
  • Someone who lives an organized life and takes joy from setting processes and making lists.
  • Candidate with an undergraduate degree and has worked as a Leads Generation Specialist for at least two years.
  • He/she knows lead generation and email marketing tools and is well-versed in email management.
  • Having proven skills in executing marketing campaigns across digital media.
  • A strong communicator who can convey your ideas as well as opportunities to potential clients or customers. Have the foundation and knowledge in lead generation, sales, and marketing, and want to grow and establish your career in this field.
  • Willingness to work in a small collaborative team environment and see your work drive results (revenue and growth).
  • Thrive working in partnership with a fantastic creative talent, working as a team to produce outstanding content.
  • Love the idea of working directly with Senior Leadership in developing leads, nurturing leads, and closing them.
  • Someone who is energized by interacting with clients and curious to learn more about their business.
  • Have the foundation and knowledge in lead generation, sales, and marketing, and want to grow and establish your career in this field.
  • Comfortable using platforms across social media, internal CRM systems, websites, and other business development tools.
  • Enjoy using analytics to create reports that are used to direct marketing activities.
  • Would enjoy gathering and collating information and emails to assist the business development team.
  • Passionate in Preparing and creating contracts, proposals, email responses, and other documents.
  • A team player who can work well with other team members from the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure that our prospects turn into our clients.
  • Someone excited to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from outbound activities.
  • A person who doesn’t get fazed by maintaining leads and achieving quotas and deliverables.
  • Enjoy being part of a team where we all want to empower and see each other achieve our collective goal.
