What does your day look like as an Associate Key Account Manager at ZoomRx?


  • Work with management to develop the sales strategy for each segment of potential clients
  • Identify key teams and map key decision makers in each potential client
  • Identify appropriate outreach mechanisms for all potential clients
  • Develop and execute outreach programs for each segment
  • Outreach can include emails, calls, in-person meetings at conferences, Consulting team leverage etc.
  • Book and conduct product demos for successful outreach and inbound leads
  • Co-ordinate with Finance for the pricing and documentation processes for contract bookings
  • Develop a relationship with key stakeholders in client teams you land, to enable expansion
  • Identify opportunities for and execute on cross-sell in existing clients


Overview :


A person in the Associate Key Account Manager role for Ferma Congress is responsible for driving sales of the product. The incumbent will be one of the key owners of the Ferma Congress sales engine; this includes developing and executing outbound sales processes, managing all inbound leads, closing demos and growing current accounts at existing clients.

  • Proficiency in the life cycle of a sale from prospecting through closing including performing demos to prospective clients
  • A deep understanding of the pharma and life sciences market is preferable
  • Drive to quickly develop a deep understanding of Ferma Congress’ product and its various customized package offerings
