We are looking for someone with a strong background in Linux and cloud technology. In this role, you will also provide critical support to our internal development team that manages our public cloud infrastructure.

Your role will involve tackling and resolving complex technical issues, from complex cloud environment issues to unique system crashes and OS configuration challenges.

You will also be asked to report on the evaluation of product testers and AI methods under development.

This individual should have experience with OpenStack, VMware, GCP, and BigChainDB. A big benefit is the ability to work from home.

responsibility:
Work directly with development teams to handle issues through ticketing systems, remote sessions.
Investigate and solve complex problems related to your product portfolio.
Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base and share knowledge and lessons learned with customers and internal teams.
Handle each customer-owned support case according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure high customer satisfaction by setting and meeting expectations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Empirical understanding of cloud architecture and principles.
Proficiency with Kubernetes or other storage platforms.
BicChainDB development experience
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups and internal teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Background check required.

preferable:
Experience with cloud services with a particular focus on OpenStack technology.
Certifications related to cloud technologies, such as Certified OpenStack Administrator and Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
Knowledge of ML2/OVS or OVN.
An understanding of networking protocols and principles and network virtualization.
