Our Client USNIA Inc offers comprehensive, high-quality armed and unarmed security guard services. They provide integrated and cost-effective security solutions in Washington DC, Virginia & Maryland areas. They have diverse services to meet their customers’ requirements and a broad geographic footprint to meet the demand for security patrol services, surveillance, and executive protection.

Do Not Apply if you don't have US Calling Experience. We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter who can recruit Armed and Unarmed Security Officers.


IMPORTANT:


  • You must have minimum 2 Years of US recruitment experience (MANDATORY)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • You must have multi-tasking abilities
  • You must have problem solving skills
  • You must be good at managing data in Google Spreadsheets


Requirements:


  • MUST have previous Experience in Fluently communicating with US Based Clients
  • Must have successful track record in US Recruiting
  • Experienced with sourcing strategies
  • Excellent Multi-Tasking capability
  • Detail oriented, reliable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand company policies and procedures
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced/high volume environment


Responsibilities:


  • Should handle a full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing profiles, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate. Must have successful track record in US Recruiting
  • Cultivate and build relationships, manage multiple job requisitions, and deliver on a high-volume basis.
  • Presenting job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiating contract terms
  • Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their corresponding search and determine fit opportunities.
  • Managing the entire hiring process (from sourcing to offer stage) in an efficient and effective manner
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Assess the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other traits of a candidate that will meet the requirements of a job
  • Perform a high number of cold calls (phone)


Salary: Up to 30,000 INR CTC per month based on last drawn and experience

Job Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 8:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
