Industry Marketing Director and a Leader.
Overview:
Sutherland is seeking for Industry Marketing leader (Healthcare or HITECH) with sound knowledge of Digital marketing principles, with experience in Solutions Marketing.
Role and Responsibilities:
Translate business goals into effective marketing strategies impacting the funnel.
Demand Generation and Market Development
• Support the creation and execution of high impact integrated marketing campaigns to positively impact the funnel.
• Help identify and facilitate participation and execution of events and webinars,
both industry and Sutherland led. Track success metrics.
Thought Leadership, Positioning, and messaging
• Create compelling Industry, platform and solution positioning narratives that
are differentiated, and drive awareness and increase mindshare with our target audience and personas.
• Gain expertise on the customer, market trends, market segments, and
competitors
• Create and deploy product / solution offering launch strategy and plan, in
close co-ordination with product teams
Content
• Own the creation of high impact market facing collateral including capability
decks, white papers, solution overviews, case studies, testimonials, videos,
thought leadership assets etc.
• Own web pages and web content.
• Align with the sales enablement team to facilitate creation of enablement
material for internal audiences.
Influencer Engagement
• Work with global analyst relations and PR and media teams to drive strategic
influencer engagement.
Our Most successful candidates will have:
• 12-15 years of overall Experience and Minimum 5 years of Extensive Industry Specific Marketing experience in either Healthcare or HITECH industry.
• At least 10 years of core Marketing experience, with sound knowledge of digital marketing
principles, with experience in Services Marketing.
• Experience in Engineering services marketing, Intelligent Automations Solutions
marketing, SaaS Solutions marketing or experience in Healthcare Tech services
• Industry Marketing experience in either BFS or Healthcare or Hi-Tech/Technology
• Experience of working with cross functional teams across geographies
• Excellent storytelling skills and strong communication
