TeamGantt is looking to hire a Product Specialist to join our Customer Success team! Work hours are 7am to 4pm ET, Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales and support. We are a small team that works almost 100% remote. The right person will thrive if they can work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions through live chat, email, and phone calls
- Host discovery calls and sales demonstrations over zoom
- Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within the existing customer base
- Manage quarterly check-ins with enterprise customers and drive renewals
- Host remote trainings for new customers
- Complete RFI/RFP and security questionnaires for prospects
- Escalate priority issues to our team of developers
- Communicate feature requests and product improvements to our product team
- Ensure support and sales documentation is accurate and up to date
Ideal Qualifications
- 3 or more years of software prospecting, sales, or support experience
- Comfortable and motivated to work with minimal supervision
- Enjoys connecting with customers and learning about their business and challenges
- Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
- Familiar with SAAS business model
