We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will own the email marketing and webinar functions for our Marketing team and will have a strategic role in these business areas. Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities for this role will be management of email marketing campaigns and social media, as well as coordination of events. This role will also assist with other activities in the marketing department as required.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Manages and maintains the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns
  • Work with product and digital marketing managers to develop and implement effective email campaigns to drive prospect consideration, customer engagement, and retention
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to best practices for email campaigns

Event Coordination:

  • Owns and maintains the calendar for company webinars
  • Think strategically about execution of webinars to tie into marketing campaigns and ensure high demand generation
  • Work with Content team to build content library post-webinars

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media content calendar and campaign schedules across the organization
  • Execute Ethisphere’s brand and product social media campaigns while adhering to brand standards and tone of voice across all platforms
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to help design social campaigns and strategies that appeal to Ethisphere's community and prospects
  • Pull and report on KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success. Track and report on results, as well as analyze the impact of social media initiatives on various KPIs (i.e., followers, growth trends, campaign successes); suggest optimization tactics
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet both team and organizational goals
  • Stay on top of the current best practices and technologies for each social media platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Advertising agency or client-side marketing background, at least 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
