For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. This role creates content designed to teach customers about our product concepts and features. Content is delivered in multiple modalities, including lessons for our customer training program, video tutorial scripts, and end-user documentation.

What you can expect in your role:

• Develop expert-level knowledge of concepts and features through independent research and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
• Determine the type of content that will best serve the target audience and meet business goals.
• Create educational content from conception to publication, including research, drafting, and reviewing.
• Write insightful documents that provide clear and thorough explanations of complex concepts.

You are:

• Great storyteller who can take any information and transform it into understandable, engaging written content.
• Highly skilled at breaking down and translating complex technical concepts to a wide audience.
• Passionate about teaching, learning, and understanding the target audience.
• You can learn about a concept from a technical perspective, establish a deep understanding of the concept, and tailor your approach to ensure that the content presented is clear, logical, and easy-to-understand.
• Obtained a bachelor degree

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - 100,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
