We're hiring a bookkeeper/inventory specialist ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Recording Transactions
- Reconciling Accounts
- Assisting with Audits
- Communicating Financial Information:
- Monitoring Expenses
- Maintaining General Ledger
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Preparing Financial Statements
Qualifications:
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Must be tech-savvy
- At least 1 year of Bookkeeping experience required
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal grammar
- Be able to type 50+ words per minute
- Have data entry experience
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST
- Must be comfortable working remotely
- Be a team player
- Must be available to start ASAP
