EMEA Customer Success Associate

Role

Support the Nash EMEA team with tasks related to SMB and Enterprise client onboardings, delivery service provider relationships, inbound leads, smaller marketing and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Initial demo / contract issue to direct and partner-led in-bound SMB leads 
  • Account creation, on-boarding and partner liaison with SMB leads for accounts across EMEA region
  • Regular engagement with SMB clients to ensure they are retained and growing
  • First point of contact for handling SMB client service issues 
  • Sourcing and engaging with new fleets in UK, Europe and Middle East to improve coverage
  • Identifying coverage blackspots and communicating them to existing fleets 
  • Liaison with the sales and customer success teams of Strategic Partners to drive leads
  • Join partnerships team on calls with lead strategic partnerships
  • Support marketing with lead generation campaigns to SMB merchants
  • Support Finance with billing and invoice matters where required
  • Support the Fleets team with delivery service provider matters where required
  • Operational support for marketing on EU events and campaigns
  • Support with Operational roll out of new markets in Europe and the Middle East, including efforts to on-board suppliers

Location:

Preference will be given to candidates in the UK, Portugal, Ireland, Poland or South Africa. Additional European languages will be well received, although not a pre-requisite.
