Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Web Designer to work on all aspects of javycoffee.com. You will develop and execute a wide range of digital design materials that are thoughtful, conversion-driven and eye-catching. As Senior Web Designer, you will design for A/B tests, Landing Pages, Web Elements, Paid Social, Email, Digital Banners, Product Launches, and various Marketing Campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work alongside the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Brand/Creative on the visual development, execution, and evolution of Javy’s website and design library in Figma

· Support the E-Commerce design funnel, designing concepts from start to finish with an understanding of how to best optimize designs for high conversion.

· Help evolve and elevate Javy’s digital presence by updating digital Banners, landing pages, web elements, A/B tests, modify content through CMS systems and various marketing campaigns.

· Have a clear understanding of Design Principles and make impactful design decisions to improve conversion rates across channels and overall website performance.

· Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices within an ever-evolving digital marketing landscape

· Work with the Brand + Marketing team on broader initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Experienced designer with 3+ years in E-Commerce Design

· Ability to work on Webflow

· Strong portfolio of digital design work and extensive experience in digital advertising

· Expert knowledge of design principles, including visual hierarchy, negative space, repetition, contrast, balance and alignment, proportion, typography, and color theory.

· Work well under tight deadlines, fast fast-paced environment, and changing demands.

· Expert Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

· Ability to align with Javy’s visual brand identity and aesthetic.

· Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience

· UI/UX experience is a plus.

· Positive, collaborative, and open to feedback

· Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills

· Strong time management and prioritization skills
