What’s the job?
We are looking for a full-time remote Digital Nomad & Product Designer to join our team.
This is perfect for a creative and independent thinker who is passionate about being part of a true global health product. In our team, you will work on concept development, UX research, and engaging the digital nomad community to make our product better. Having experienced the world, traveling to far and remote places is a huge plus. We are a startup, and everyone pushing the product forward together.
Some of the things you will do:
- Push the product design of new solutions and improvements, all the way from concept, sketches, and implementation to a shit-ton of iterations - that is the road ahead of us.
- Immersive UX research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Deep-connected work with your remote team to ensure designs meet product objectives and user expectations.
- Engage your community and live the digital nomad life to gather insights and foster a user-centric approach to product development, optimization, and distribution.
- Live the data-driven approach to design decision-making, utilizing analytics, user feedback, and best practices to guide tactical design choices.
- Ensure a world-class & intuitive user experience across all digital platforms, with a focus on mobile.
- Champion design thinking and the user-centric mindset within the team.
This will be a superpower:
- Can do attitude and a proven track record of designing global products
- Engaging process-focused portfolio to show for it.
- Find absolute joy in connecting to our customers and doing UX research, user testing, and data analysis
- Think strategically while making daily progress. Let’s push it forward.
- Next level in design and prototyping tools (Figma & Framer )
- Well-trained communication and collaboration skills, with a good track record working in remote teams.
- Independent, self-motivated, and engaged with a strong user focus.
- Background in health tech and years on the road as a digital nomad / remote worker is a massive plus.
