Responsibilities:
- Own all North Star metrics and dashboards (includes methodology, underlying models + visualizations)
- Support product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to conduct analyses and uncover insights to improve business operations and enable decision making
- Conduct product analyses to quantify impact and inform the future roadmap
- Build out reports to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns
- Create centralized data tooling to support self-service analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization
About you:
- You can distill complex data into easy to read and interpret dashboard to enable leadership / business teams to gather data insights and monitor KPIs
- You can navigate ambiguity like a champ
- You are a strong communicator and have the ability to influence decision making with data
- You have a GSD attitude - no task is too small or big to reach best business outcomes outcomes
- You have 2+ years experience in a data-oriented role within a fast-paced, hyper collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of SQL and Python, along with experience in visualization tools
- Experience with Looker / LookML
- Python and data-related libraries
- A/B & Feature Flag Testing
- Basic familiarity with dbt or other data warehouse modeling methods (note: you’ll be collaborating with a data engineer)
