This is an entry-level position and you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and the submission of candidates.
To ensure success as a Recruiting Associate, you should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch Recruiting Associate understands the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Recruiting Associate Responsibilities:
- Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
- Communicating with the corporate team
- Posting job applications on social media and job sites
- Sourcing potential candidates
- Screening candidate résumés
- Assisting with résumé conversions
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements
- Conducting screenings
- Conducting interview prep sessions
- Submitting candidates
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
- Managing the résumé database
- Maintaining relationships with candidates
Recruiting Associate Requirements:
- Associate degree in computer science, human resources, business, communications, or similar field
