Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to actively engage with primary care, behavioural health, and dementia care providers, as well as Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) operators, to drive the adoption and sales of LUCID’s ResonanceRx Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Platform.


ResonanceRx is a digital intervention designed for older adults who are living with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or agitation, which may be associated with MCI or dementia. The solution helps healthcare providers conduct remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) to track clients’ therapeutic progress and symptom status.


ResonanceRx Users benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) informed podcasts, AI-personalized music therapy, and guided meditations to help support mental well-being and stress reduction.


ResonanceRx is an FDA-listed and registered medical device and is reimbursable through Medicare.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs set forth by the Company
  • Execute Sales and Customer Success processes
  • Track customer successes and challenges to facilitate troubleshooting and product improvements
  • Generate leads within specified regions and verticals
  • Convert Leads from our demand generation team to prospects
  • Virtually demo Resonance Rx platform and solutions to potential customers
  • Onboard, manage, and drive deeper provider-customer relationships
  • Constantly improve the sales process and workflow as an integral member of the Sales team
  • Present improvement ideas regularly to leadership and product teams
  • Work with the demand generation/Marketing team to evolve our lead programs, providing input on lead criteria that results in better meetings and conversion rate
  • Learn and understand our healthcare provider’s businesses and their patient’s healthcare journeys
  • Identify and develop additional leads while tracking information in the CRM
  • Pull referrals from existing clients, other leads and stakeholders
  • Represent ResonanceRx at various industry events
  • Travel up to 20% of the time


Who You Are

  • You are an exceptional communicator with an ability to listen and understand customers
  • You have 2+ years of Sales experience – SaaS product or provider/clinical customer sales is advantageous
  • You are highly driven and have a track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales KPIs
  • Process-minded and detail-oriented with a high level of organization and drive
  • Experience multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
  • You’ve built a strong sales discipline with defined processes in the past
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • You are a Self-starter who aligns with our values... you are Daring, Compassionate, Persistent, and Resourceful!
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent an asset


Bonus Points

  • Education or experience in social work, elder care, or psychology
  • Experience in RPM or RTM products or US provider sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the US Virtual Health and Remote Monitoring Market
  • Project Management experience or exposure
