Goals
Increase ARR by 100% in 2024 by increasing NRR, GRR, and ARPU
Compensation Range
$80,000 - $130,000 USD
Acts
- Obsess over customers. Drive market research, user research, data analysis, and user testing to create a product roadmap that increases MRR, ARPU, and NPS year over year.
- Communicate with stakeholders, engineers, and customers to present and prioritize new software features and photo booth hardware concepts via a PRFAQ.
- Author user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria that you will be testing to ensure the product matches your vision.
- Groom the product backlog, and shift priorities based on customer and stakeholder needs.
- Partner with engineering to drive the product roadmap. Advocate for small iterative release cycles to deploy quickly, test, and learn.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to create go-to marketing strategies.
- Educate our Success and Experience teams on how to properly support our product.
- Define success and measurable outcomes for our products.
- Driving agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Experience product managing software products. Hardware is a bonus!
- Proven track record of shipping software and hardware in an agile team.
- Experience developing product roadmaps and investment recommendations.
- A proven track record of success delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building capacity and ability to influence at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge about new industry sectors and technologies.
