Skedda is a leading hybrid workplace experience platform dedicated to streamlining desk and room reservations and scheduling. We serve over 12,000 customers and nearly two million users, including IBM, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Harvard University. 

Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room  booking, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.

Role overview

We are looking for a collaborative, creative problem solver who has a knack for getting things done. You’ll be the second Product Owner on the team and reporting directly to the SVP of Product. You will help translate our strategy and feature ideas into actionable and well defined requirements. This is a great opportunity to grow your product development skills within a talented team in a high impact, high visibility role!

Day to day responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to create well thought through feature requirements and an iterative delivery plan.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Marketing and Customer Support to effectively and smoothly launch new features to our customers.
  • Help prioritize and triage unexpected issues, bugs, and urgent customer feedback amongst our other priorities.
  • Assist in improving our agile methodologies and optimize our delivery processes.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role (ideally at a B2B SaaS company)
  • Quick learner who has a basic understanding of user experience best practices, engineering concepts, and data analysis
  • Comfort leading and facilitating large calls with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously and keep things on track
