As a Web Marketing Specialist at Venafi you’ll be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our content marketing dream team. As a Web Marketing Specialist you will take responsibility for planning/executing digital marketing activities. You will develop and maintain awareness of the brand, maximize revenues and drive traffic. You will be responsible for optimizing, posting, and analyzing performance of digital marketing assets, including blogs, videos and other collateral. Activities will be measured against the goal of establishing and improving competitive positioning in the market to support sales and lead generation.
In this role you will:
- Actively manage and execute content calendar for blogs, videos and collateral for the company
- Implement SEO best practices to generate blog, video and website traffic
- Develop and edit various content types, including blog articles, infographics, and collateral and video descriptions
- Ensure that blog content follows corporate style guide and terminology conventions
- Coordinate interviews with product management and engineering for blog and video topics
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Liaise with internal and external teams to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
The ideal Venafi Warrior will be armed with:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing required; some experience in web design and marketing automation is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript preferred
- Experience with web hosting platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
