Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is a marketing aficionado with a knack for technology and a passion for driving customer success. Your role goes beyond just assisting clients; you will be a pivotal part of their journey, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate their experience and transition them to higher service tiers. Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Calls:
Conduct onboarding calls with new customers to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services.
Provide personalized assistance and guidance to new customers to facilitate their integration into our platform.
Free Trial Promotion:
Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote free trial offers.
Persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to encourage sign-ups for free trials.
Mapping User Engagement:
Identify and engage with existing users to understand their needs and preferences.
Encourage users to participate in discovery calls to explore additional features and benefits of our offerings.
Follow-up with Existing Customers:
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Ascend Performance People to Agency and Insights:
Identify high-performing customers and explore opportunities to upsell premium services such as Agency and Insights packages.
Develop targeted sales pitches and presentations to highlight the benefits of upgrading to higher-tier services.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for effectively converting performance-oriented customers to Agency and Insights packages.
Must have Requirements:
3+ years proven experience in a customer service role
Proficiency and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Demonstrated ability in a high growth company to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Adaptability and ability to be flexible as it relates to the customer needs and profiles
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a contractor position offering a competitive base salary complemented by an attractive commission structure for successful customer ascensions.
