Lights, Camera, Action - Bubblegum Casting and Hunter Talent, Australia's premier talent agencies, are on the lookout for a vibrant and dedicated individual to step into the spotlight as our newest Talent Coordinator.
Your role? As our Talent Coorindator, you'll be working remotely, interviewing and recruiting diverse talent across actors, models, and influencers of all ages. Offering talent spots within our agency, getting them signed and onboarded, and helping to nurture their career & journey with us.

Your Day to Day in a Nutshell:
Engage with talent, clients, and our team daily, fostering strong connections and ensuring smooth operations.
Spearhead talent recruitment and onboarding processes, guiding them through contracts and payments with ease.
Embrace the excitement of welcoming new talent onboard, from booking photoshoots to providing ongoing support.
Champion our talent's journey, managing customer service and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience.

Excels in communication, both written and verbal, with a passion for building genuine connections. You're a true people person who loves to chat and meet new people. You also love kids, can get along with all kinds, but you can switch to adult mode and adapt your communication style as needed.
