What you'll be doing:
- Act as the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points and customer journeys
- Develop features, epics, user stories, and roadmaps
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering, Design, and others can collaboratively build and execute
- Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
- Define, monitor and report on product KPIs
- Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- 7+ years of software product management experience
- Significant experience in a startup environment, and taking products from inception to launch
- Strong understanding of web technologies and industries
- A demonstrated history of accountability and performance delivery, including leading teams to meet or exceed objectives
- Deep working knowledge of lean/agile development methodologies
- The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- Excellent leadership skills & experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with lead generation platforms and/or ML-based solutions.
