This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys implementing and enhancing salesforce working with the business and the developers.
Sr. Business Analyst will partner with one of the business divisions and will work closely with Sr. Leaders and users to either implement or enhance the Salesforce solution. Individual selected will have expert knowledge of Salesforce and have done a Salesforce implementation.
80% Salesforce support working directly with the business as the Liaison between the business and the developers - Will build strong relationships with the business and ask the correct probing questions so they can translate the requirements to the developers. This is the FACE to the business.
Resolved technical issues through debugging, research and investigation.
Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis and translating business requirements into
well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
Produce user stories, process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, business requirements, gap
analysis, report specifications and other documentation as required for project analysis, planning and design
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service cloud highly preferred.
Previous experience in an implementation project. Has good understanding of full cycle implementation process.
Worked on Salesforce enhancements or post implementation projects.
Agile methodology.
UAT experience.
Excellent communication skills.
