Cartiga is currently on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across different departments, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement innovative campaigns and strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering engagement.
Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, we're seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a broad skill set in areas such as communications, design, email marketing, and social media, and excels at juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Essential Functions
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including social media, email, and flyers/brochures.
- Campaign Management: Assist with others the planning of marketing campaigns (mainly email & social) and execute and optimize accordingly to drive engagement and conversion. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- List Management: Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Social media: Plan, develop and implement social media posts.
- Calendar Management: Work with Sales and Marketing to maintain and update the campaign calendar.
- Sales Support: Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and assist in the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Ad Hoc Requests: Be responsive to ad hoc requests to support the marketing and sales team, providing timely support and collateral as needed.
Skills & Abilities to Be Successful
- Excellent writing, communication, and an obsessive attention to detail is a MUST!
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in Salesforce and Pardot or Marketing Cloud, leveraging email marketing function.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, business, communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role with a focus on email marketing and content development and design
