About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Acadia, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our agency’s presence and offerings across digital, social, and in-person channels. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our Marketing Director to bring innovative ideas to life, leveraging a comprehensive marketing tech stack to make a measurable impact on our brand's visibility and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing content Implementation: You will be instrumental in executing our content strategy across multiple digital platforms. This includes crafting compelling email newsletters, managing website content, and maintaining an active and engaging presence on social media platforms. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining and growing Acadia as a thought leader in the industry.
- Project Management and Collaboration: Utilizing tools like Asana, you'll coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, from newsletters to podcasts. You'll work in concert with content creators, designers, and technology vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Design and Content Creation: With access to templates in Canva, Photoshop, and HubSpot, you will create visually appealing social posts, marketing materials, and oversee the email marketing campaigns. Your creative skills will enhance our brand's consistency and ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience.
- Business Development Support: Leveraging tools such as Zoominfo, you'll help identify and track potential leads, providing crucial support to our business development efforts. Your role is critical in bridging marketing efforts with tangible business opportunities.
Objectives Of The Role
- Collaborate with internal teams to uncover insights and strategies, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for both new and existing services.
- Execute a content strategy that not only highlights Acadia’s expertise but also engages our target audience effectively, enhancing our market positioning and brand recognition.
- Support the Marketing Director and senior leadership in promoting Acadia’s achievements and milestones, ensuring our successes are widely recognized and celebrated.
