Foh&boh is searching for a Project Manager to join our product team. This position manages the flow of work through our entire software development lifecycle, from planning to execution. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our product team’s vision and communicating with stakeholders throughout. Come join our small, fully-remote team of technologists and designers with shared passions for learning, Open Source, and the technology communities around both.

Responsibilities
  • Work with product and design team to ensure requirements are gathered in time for project kickoff
  • Write user stories to help guide the development process
  • Attend and record grooming sessions to ensure projects are scoped and assigned
  • Identify and help remove blockers to the team’s objectives
  • Monitor project progress and report to leadership
  • Work with technical team leadership to continually improve our processes

Requirements
  • 2 years experience managing software projects
  • Experience with one or more project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with one or more ticketing systems (Linear, Jira, Trello)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to help a team stay focused on delivering value
