In this role, you will:
- Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure key project milestones are met in a timely and accurate fashion by facilitating strong cross-team partnerships.
- Work to understand deliverables and establish timelines for all creative projects
- Provide leadership to team members to achieve stated project goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and deliver on project milestones
- Break down process roadblocks by proactively seeking out solutions
- Carry out projects successfully from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Lead creative review meetings
- Engage and oversee external vendors for print projects, ensuring deliverables are timely, of high quality, and resonate with our agreed upon product strategy
- Lead and facilitate our catalog development process as well as manage communication with print vendor regarding production details and timelines
- Minimum of 3 years relevant project management experience in an agency or corporate setting (preferably in the creative space)High proficiency in project management tools
- Highly analytical, organized, and creative thinking
- Experience managing concept-to-completion print design projects
- Proven record of accomplishment leading projects and team goals by taking ownership and driving results
- Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
- Experience in the DTC space
- An interest for art, design, and/or the creative space
- A basic understanding of Figma
