*We are hiring multiple contract roles that will sit in either Nashville, TN or can be fully remote anywhere in the U.S. Experience recruiting for modern software development stacks is highly preferred.*
As a Full-Cycle/Full-Desk Recruiter on our Professional Talent Acquisition team, you will be part of a larger team of technical sourcers and full-desk recruiters, working together to support Asurion's Product, Technology, and Marketing teams. Qualified candidates will have an innate ability to develop relationships with internal customers as well as candidates, build passive candidate pipelines against multiple requisitions, diligently track metrics and report data to influence the business and drive results.
What You’ll Do:
- You will use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and source for Software/Full-Stack Engineers (React, Node.js, AWS), DevOps Engineers, Product Managers and leaders, and digital marketing talent.
- Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for software engineers
- Partner closely with recruiters to build passive candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with product leaders to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads and placement of senior technical talent.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of Sourcing/Recruiting/Staffing experience in the startup and /or technology (software) industry. Agency background can be substituted for startup experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for sourcing is a must: In our environment, everyone is responsible for driving passive candidate pipeline
- Experience using data to drive outcomes and influence the business
- Ability to set and drive the strategy while also rolling up your sleeves and providing detailed guidance at a granular level.
- Ability to partner and communicate creatively to approach and solve challenges with clear and concise (data driven) solutions.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to identify and qualify software engineering talent.
