Your Role
As the first dedicated Project Manager at Gooten, you will be responsible for the management of all stages of our technical projects from inception to completion. You will supervise, track and report on all stages of the project, including ideation/concept, requirements, iterative development, testing, and production launch. Your ultimate responsibility is to apply Agile project management knowledge, skills, tools, and practices to ensure that the project generates successful outcomes and that teams are highly engaged and productive.
How you'll power eCommerce
- Identify and implement innovation opportunities leveraging Agile capabilities to drive improved cost, quality, and speed
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to achieve expectations on delivery efficiency and effectiveness, balancing cost, and quality
- Standardize templates for capturing and reporting operational metrics
- Manage, track, and filter internal bug reports
You should have
- 5+ years of progressive experience in driving cross functional/engineering initiatives, preferably within remote organizations
- 3+ years of experience working at Product or Software Development-focused company
- Experience in establishing operational frameworks to drive planning cycles, scorecards and KPI’s
- Experience in driving release cadences, familiarity with CI/CD
- Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization (CI, CD, XP, TDD, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise software implementations.
- Technical/Functional writing
- Process mapping
- Availability to travel, this role might requiere some traveling inside the US.

- Industry experience within Manufacturing and/or Print-on-demand tools
