As a Business Operations Manager at Evernow, you will be responsible for supporting the most strategic initiatives of the company, beginning with user growth. You will work closely with senior leaders to break down our biggest problems using analytics, research, problem solving frameworks and experimentation. You will be hands-on in your approach and expected to lead projects and initiatives. This role is a career catalyst for hungry and analytical thinkers!
Responsibilities:
• Embed with the User Growth team to develop new scalable acquisition bets. Pressure test ideas before we invest in them heavily
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive growth
• Build scalable systems/processes once we’ve uncovered insights that unlock growth
• Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Explore new user growth opportunities across the company as they come up across acquisition, retention, resurrection, and monetization
Experience:
• Have 3-5+ years total work experience at at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g. Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc), investment bank, business analytics group, or as a startup growth generalist or growth PM
• A desire to learn - you will often be answering questions that have never been answered before, which requires a high level of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to dive into new problems, domains, tools, and techniques
• Strong listening skills; ability to understand the “why” and get to what matters quickly
• You ruthlessly prioritize your efforts and size opportunities before tackling them
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves and own initiatives–this is not just strategy work.
• You have a passion for healthcare, wellness, and/or women's health
• Mentorship and learning is important to you
• Bonus points if you are proficient in SQL
