THE JOB:

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative, who's looking to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization.

As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to lay the foundation for our Sales team by engaging with new and existing customers and channel partners. You are a brand ambassador for MHS acting as the foundational entry-point for our customers, guiding them through their initial interactions with our Sales teams. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks, depending on the needs of the Sales team and the channel partner they support. The Sales Development Representative performs general administrative duties such as setting up meetings, maintaining CRM, and actioning requests from customers and/or the sales team.


Core Qualifications:

  • Manage and action a high volume of inbound and outbound communications to support the channel partner (e.g., consulting firm) and/or the customer
  • Assist sales team with scheduling customer meetings
  • Leverage all inbound leads through our CRM from events, webinars and organic MQL’s to cultivate and move customers through the sales cycle
  • Nurture customer interest through the deal cycle through a variety of customer touch points from inbound leads. Level 2 sales support queues, to outbound customer outreach
  • Assist sales team with proposals or sales presentations as required
  • Be accountable for achieving your Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align to the company OKRs

WHAT YOU BRING:

Ideally you are a self-starter who is highly organized and can deliver against tight timelines. You thrive when working on multiple projects using your analytical skills to deliver results. Your advanced written and verbal communication skills will be used to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups and deliver excellent presentations. In addition, you bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales development role
  • An analytical thinker who can see trends across vast amounts of data.
  • A self starter who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize results.
  • Transparent communicator and seeks out coaching and feedback.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently including a strong attention to detail.
  • We are in growth mode. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
